A shared pool with lounge chairs above the valley. Heating is available on request for $100 per day with 24 hours' notice.

Shared spaces built for long afternoons and late evenings — pool deck, hot tub, fire pit courtyard and grills, with the valley in front of all of it.

Hot Tub
A jacuzzi beside the pool deck. It heats in about an hour and runs in three-hour cycles — our team switches it on for you.

Fire Pit
A stone courtyard with chairs around the fire, under the stars. Bring your own firewood; check for county burn bans first.

Barbecue Grills
Grills on the back pool patio, including a wood pellet grill. Bring pellets, and clean up after each cookout.

Fully Equipped Kitchens
Every villa has a full kitchen and dining area with a gas-burning fireplace, plus wifi, air conditioning, washer and dryer.

Panoramic Views
Terraces, balconies and gardens facing the valley. Sunrise coffee and sunset drinks both land well up here.

Parking & EV
Villas 1 through 4 each come with a garage spot and an EV-compatible plug. All other parking is first-come, first-served.

Hill Country Location
Set in Spicewood above Lake Travis. Luck — Willie Nelson's western town — El Gaucho Winery, Epic Cellars, Swordstone Disc Golf and Pedernales Golf Course are all a short drive away, with downtown Austin under an hour.
Good to know
- Quiet hours run 10pm to 7am; the pool, grill and fire pit are closed during them.
- No glass by the pool, and children must be supervised in the water.
Pets & guests
- Pets welcome with prior approval, $100 per pet per stay. No pets in the pool.
- Primary guest must be 21 and present for the whole stay. No smoking on the premises.
